You will be bound by the LLP Agreement. You can download the theses documents through MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs- Government of India) website. All our investments are through the ODI process through RBI. Your investment is further bound by legal agreements like Investor Agreement  The Mezzanine Debt Loan Agreement
