Job Description
1. Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed investment targets.
- Analyze market trends, investment opportunities, and competition to formulate effective sales strategies.
2. Team Leadership and Management
- Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed investment targets.

- Set clear sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor the team's performance.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives and investment advisors.

4. Investment Product Knowledge
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring a high level of service.

- Assist the team in understanding and effectively communicating investment offerings to clients.
5. Sales Operations
- Oversee daily sales operations, including investment order processing, portfolio, and account management.

- Prepare regular sales reports and investment performance reports for management.
- Analyze sales data, investment portfolio performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Compliance and Regulation
- Ensure that the branch complies with all regulatory and legal requirements for investments and financial services
8. Business Development
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base, enhance investment services, and increase revenue.
- Explore avenues for cross-selling and upselling investment products and services.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Master's degree in any related field.
- Extensive experience in sales and sales management within the investment industry
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough understanding of financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations.
- Financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
