Our Recent Projects

Limmer Loop

114-acre mixed-use development with 160 single-family homes, 120 townhomes, 12 acres of multifamily development, and 16 acres of commercial development. This project is being sold to Pulte, a national homebuilder.

Oakwood Estates

This 171-acre parcel offers 563 lots for residential development. It is a subdivision with 55-ft and 60-ft residential lots being sold to David Weekley Homes, Ashton Woods, K.Hovnanian, and Brightland (formerly Gehan).

Park Place

This 76-acre mixed-use development project will include 218 townhome lots, 10.4 acres of multifamily, and 7.6 acres of commercial development.


This 65-acre project offers 270 40-ft and 45-ft lots, and is being sold to Ashton Woods and K.Hovnanian for a residential subdivision.


This 205-acre planned mixed-use development project will offer 772 residential lots, plus 20 acres of commercial and multifamily, and with close proximity to schools. It is being sold to Chesmar, Brightland (formerly Gehan), and Castlerock. This project will be located in the first-ever in city Municipal Utility District (MUD) created by our in-house land development team.


This 510-acre masterplanned community will include 1,000+ single-family lots, an elementary and middle school on the site, an extensive trail system, large amenity center with a pool, and playground. There is also some planned commercial development.

The Landing

This 115-acre, 590-lot project is being sold to Meritage, K.Hovnanian, and First America for residential development.


This 90-acre planned subdivision will offer 271 lots with close proximity to schools to be sold to Chesmar for residential use, along with two acres of commercial development.

Woodland Estates

This project consists of 86 single-family lots located on 120-acres south of Austin. Toll Brothers will be the primary builder for this community.

Highland Creek

This 518-acre property will include 1,252 single-family homes, along with commercial and mixed-use development.
